SERVES 4

  1. To Serve cold. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and chill
  2. 1 hour. Serve on Lettuce Leaves.
  3. To Serve Hot. Mix all together and place in
  4. casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with parmessan toast or bread of choice.
