Rice Salad Recipe #13186

This is always a hit at potlucks.

SERVES 8

Dressing

  1. Cook 1 cup of rice in slightly salted water.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add the vegetables.
  4. Mix together and add the dressing ingredients.
  5. Mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Just before serving, add almonds.
