Port Wine Sauce Recipe #128201

A quick easy sauce for over grilled or pan cooked chicken breasts or tenderloins.

SERVES 2 -4 , 1 cup

  1. In a small pan or saucepan heat butter over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic until tender.
  2. Stir in the cream and Port and heat gently.
  3. Pour over cooked chicken.
  4. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley if desired.
