Banana Macadamia Nut Bread Recipe #125843

A Tropical Hawaiian Treat! Lots of yummy nuts in this banana quick bread.

SERVES 8 -10 , 1 loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Blend dry ingredients with creamed butter/sugar mixture.
  6. Add mashed bananas, eggs and nuts.
  7. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean.
