Amy's Easy Soy Sauce Honey Chicken Recipe #123651

My friend Amy got this from one of her business school friends. She said her kids love, love, love this chicken so I am sharing. We love it too. I used 1/2 cup of oil instead of the full cup. When I cut the recipe in half, I use only 1/4 cup of oil.

SERVES 4 -6

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk liquid ingredients together.
  3. Put chicken parts in a pyrex baking dish and pour liquid over it.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with garlic, paprika and salt.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
