Tamarind Honey Lamb Kabobs Recipe #101789

this is adapted from bon appetit.very easy to put together and tastes great.

SERVES 4

  1. mix the first 5 ingredients together in a large measuring cup.
  2. pour half the mixture into a large bowl, add lamb, marinate for 1/2 hour, or more if desired.
  3. thread lamb on skewers, broil for 3-5 minutes per side, brushing with honey sauce until desired doneness.
  4. you can also grill these outdoors.
