Banana Bread Recipe #10131

I have made this bread for Christmas for the last 25 years. It makes a wonder food gift and will add so much to your holiday meals.

1½ hours | 20 min prep

SERVES 8 -10 , 1 loaf

  1. Mix all the wet ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Fold in the nuts.
  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  6. --------ForMuffins---------.
  7. Fill liners 3/4 full and bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
