Great Italian Spaghetti Meat Sauce Recipe #100192

I've been using this recipe since the early 1980's when a girlfriend brought it to work to share. Everyone loves it.

1½ hours | 30 min prep

SERVES 6

  1. Cook and stir hamburger, onion and garlic in a 10-inch skillet until hamburger is light brown; drain.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
  3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 hour.
  5. Serve sauce over hot spaghetti.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
