This is a delicious treat, serve alongside a cup of tea or coffee, or warmed up and topped with vanilla ice cream. Very quick to put together.

SERVES 9 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 375°F Spray an 8-inch square pan with nonstick spray.

    In a food processor, combine flour, oats and sugar. Pulse a few times to combine.

    Add butter chunks, pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. 4
    Pour half of mixture into prepared pan, and press firmly to make bottom crust.
  5. 5
    Spread jam over crust.
  6. 6
    Top with fresh raspberries.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle remaining crust crumbles on top.

    Bake 60 minutes, or until top is golden.
