Raisin-Pineapple Sauce for Baked Ham

The perfect compliment to baked ham, made with pineapples, raisins, maraschino cherries and sherry.

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Combine brown sugar, corn starch, dry mustard and cloves into saucepan.

    Blend in next 4 ingredients. Stir until smooth.
  3. 3
    Cook on simmer until it thickens, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes.

    Add sherry and cherries.
  5. 5
    Continue simmering for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Serve hot over baked ham or on the side.
