Tastes great and can be easy breakfast or lunch!

    Heat one teaspoon of oil, Fry the onions until soft. Add the mushrooms,chilli,green beans and tomato. Cook until a bit brown or soft depending on how you like it. Then whisk the eggs add S&P and milk. Add to the pan and there you go!
