Quick Great Northern Bean Soup W/ Kielbasa

This is a great week night soup because it is so fast. We usually make it with cornbread.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cut sausage into bite sized peices. Put onion and sausage in large sauce pan over medium heat. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.

    Add all other ingredients, bring to a boil.
  3. 3
    Turn heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.
  4. 4
    Remove bayleaf.

Very nice soup and very, very easy to put together. I made this using Rotel tomatoes to give it a little zip. I think this would be good with some hot sausage too. Thanks College Gal for sharing. Made for NKOTB
