Quick Ginger Chilli Sauce

An easy sauce to serve with meat or seafood appetizers. I created it one day when I served shrimp cocktail and did not have any cocktail sauce

SERVES 10 -15 (change servings and units)

    Brew lemongrass and ginger tea bag in 1/4 cup hot water for five minutes.

    While tea is brewing, pour ketchup into a serving bowl.
  3. 3
    Add tea blend, soy sauce, Tabasco sauce and cayenne pepper and stir.
  4. 4
    Pour in a small serving bowl and serve with shrimp or meat appetizers.
