Quick and Easy Pasta Salad

I had never made a pasta salad before, but my girlfriend wanted one for a party, so I threw this together and it turned out amazing. I used italian dressing but next time I might use a sundried tomato dressing. I think that would kick it up a notch. Make sure your pasta water is heavily salted and dont skip on the garlic, it adds a great flavor to the pasta.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Boil pasta with 2 cloves of smashed garlic in salted water.

    drain pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.

    toss together veggies, dressing, and cheese.
  4. 4
    salt and pepper to taste.

    let sit in refergerator for 2 hours prior to serving.

    the longer it sits the better it is.

    I added about 1/4 cup dressing and 1/8 cup cheese.

    you could add more or less depending on your taste.
