Quick and Delicious Fruit Cobbler
SERVES 4 -6
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fruit, fresh, frozen, or canned (drained)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.2
Combine sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and salt in bowl.3
Pour into greased 9"x9" baking pan.4
Add fruit.5
Bake 40 minutes.

I've been using this for years. I love it! I've also used 1 can of various pie fillings with this recipe and it turned out great. Thanks for posting. PS. If you use cherry pie filling, try adding 1/2 tsp. of almond flavoring to the filling.
