Pumpkin Soup

This recipe is delicuose i never ate pumpkin soup before i tried this one and the kids love it aspecially my 6month old also it's not expensive.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Place all three stock cubes in hot water and let them dissolve.
  2. 2
    Boil pumpkin,celery and onions until soft then drain put all three into a blender and blend well.
  3. 3
    Return all three ingredients into pot and return to the stove add stock, milk and salt and pepper (to taste).
  4. 4
    Let the soup heat up again and at the very last minute stir through the cream (remember cream must go in at the very and or it well curdle).
  5. 5
    Remove from stove and ENJOY.
