Great bread! Although I've never had pumpernickel before, it was my MIL's favorite, so I felt compelled to try it.
I was definitely not disappointed. Made (seedless) to specs. I was surprised to find ingredients such as cocoa and coffee. Bird stated that it was true to taste for traditional pumpernickel flavor (she enjoyed it with her mom long ago). Thank you so much for posting! ~Buddha
