Prawns Masala

Ingredients

• 1 cup deveined prawns
• 1/2 cup dried coconut
• 1 sliced onion
• 5 garlic cloves
• 2 chopped onions
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• salt
• coriander, for garnishing

Directions

   In oil roast the sliced onions, dry coconut and garlic cloves. Cool and make a paste. Keep aside.

   In oil fry chopped onions till soft , add the prawns a keep stirring for few minutes.

   Add water ,Tumeric powder, Red Chilly Powder and Garam Masala.

   Keep cooking till the prawns are nearly cooked.

   Add the coconut paste , salt and mix well.

   Keeping mixing and cooking till the masala covers the prawns.

   Garnish with coriander and serve with white rice or parathas.
