A fall favorite! From a local hospital cookbook my mom gave me.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 300°F.

    Slice apples.

    Mix apples with sugars, flour, and spices in a baking dish.

    Dip pork chops in egg and water mixture.

    Coat with Shake 'n Bake.

    Lay pork chops over the apples.

    Bake covered at 300 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours.
