This recipe has great flavor, O'brien potatoes with pork chops, awesome combination!

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Brown pork chops in a lightly greased skillet; sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside.
  2. 2
    Heat soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/8 tsp seasoned salt in a large saucepan.
  3. 3
    Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c cheese and 1/2 can fried onions; spoon into a 9x13" baking dish.

    Arrange pork chops over potatoes.
  5. 5
    Bake covered, @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. 6
    Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.

This was an easy and delicious dinner. I had to cook for about ten additional minutes because the potatoes were still a little firm (this was likely because they were not completely unthawed) but even at that, the pork was juicy. Excellent recipe! Thanks for sharing this!

    This recipe has great flavor. The only thing I did different was to add a can of cheddar soup since my bag of potatoes were larger than this recipe called for. The pork chops were tender and the potatoes were very well seasoned. I will definitely be adding this to my regular meal rotation. Thanks for a great recipe!

    I added bell pepper rings under the pork chops and I am taking it to my daughters house tomorrow. I doubled the recipe and took out 2 chops and some of the potato mixture to freeze for a future meal.
