My husband had this cake at work & loved it so much, he got the recipe.

SERVES 8 , 1 cake (change servings and units)

    Sift flour, salt & soda together set aside.

    Cream butter & sugar.

    Add egg yolks.
  4. 4
    Add sour cream.
  5. 5
    Add poppyseeds.

    Add flour,salt & soda.

    Beat egg whites til stiff.
  8. 8
    Gently fold in egg whites.
  9. 9
    Bake 1 hour at 300º in bunt pan.
