It's Polish style appetizer. Perfect for Parties, Weddings, Birthdays.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushroom (Washed, cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup onion (Peeled, also cut into chunks)
  • 4 rolls (Or if you want it to be smaller, cut 1 baguette)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup of grated cheese (Your choice! Bri, American ETC)

Directions

  1. 1
    First, mix the onions and mushrooms into a hot skillet (With the tablespoon of olive oil).
  2. 2
    Second, Begin frying until mushrooms release water.
  3. 3
    Third, take the mushrooms and onions, and place them on the 4 rolls (or baguette)

    Fourth, Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. 5
    Fifth, place into toaster oven until cheese melts.
  6. 6
    Take out and let cool for 5 minute.

    Enjoy!
