Polish Stir Fry

Recipe #387323 | 10 min | 5 min prep | add private note

This recipe has a mere 4 ingredients but it's one of my favorites. Incredibly easy, very buget friendly, cooks on the fly and tastes really really good both fresh and reheated. Excellent with some mashed potatoes to round out the meal.

Slice Kielbasa into rounds. Julienne bell pepper and onion. In a large skillet saute kielbasa over medium high heat until it starts to give off it's own fat. Add green bell peppers and and saute 2 minutes. Add onions and savory. Saute until the vegetables have softened.
