Pistachio Angels

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
• 2 drops green food coloring
• 3/4 cup pistachios, chopped

Directions

   beat egg whites until fluffy.

   add salt.

   add sugar gradually continue beating.

   add coloring and flavoring fold in nuts.

   line 2 cookie sheets.

   with foil.

   drop by teaspoon full.

   bake 35 minutes or until golden at 350 degrees.
