My daughter requested a smoothie and being autumn here we don't have a great fresh fruit choice for a good price so I raided the freezer and came up with this. It was quite thick so more suited to eating with a spoon but oh so delicious.

SERVES 1 -2 (change servings and units)

When I made this recipe I fudged a little in that I used 1 cup of the juice & then let the ice cream soften a bit before using it with the frozen fruits (We liked this combo of fruits, too!) ~ Very drinkable, & hardly affecting it's GREAT TASTE!
