Oh this is a wonderful smoothie. My DS loved every drop. I used crushed pineapple (my mistake) but it all worked out so well. Used low-fat yogurt and omitted the water since I goofed on the crushed pineapple. He said he was AWESOME so coming from a teen that is definitely 5 stars! Made for Potluck Tag.

Good smoothie! I used crushed pineapple instead of chunks because that it was I had available. I did not drain the crushed pineapple and instead omitted the water. I did use more ice (2-3 cups) to make a frostier smoothie. Thank you for the recipe. Made for Summer Comfort Cafe, 2009.

My youngest daughter has been wanting to try making a smoothie, so I chose this recipe and let her help. Easy to make with a great flavor. Made for the Dining Daredevils ZWT 5.
