Pineapple, Banana and Coconut Smoothie

Recipe #365405 | 15 min | 15 min prep | add private note

By: Shuzbud
Apr 10, 2009

I made this smoothie, trying to copy a store-bought kind and this is so much better! The fresh pineapple gives it such a light, fresh flavour- it's just not the same with canned pineapple. If any of this smoothie makes it to the fridge, you may like to water it down with some pineapple juice as the coconut milk thickens as it cools.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. 2
Press through a sieve, getting as much pulp through as possible to thicken the smoothie.
  3. 3
    Serve over ice and enjoy!

What a lovely smoothie Shuzbud. We enjoyed this lovely treat very much. The pineapple, banana and apple blended beautifully with the coconut milk. A nice smooth, creamy, refreshing, pineapple flavor. I will be enjoying this one again. Thanks so much for sharing.

NICE!! What a nice tropical, relaxing drink. Made no changes here, plan to repeat again. Loved the pineapple flavor. Made for New Zaar tag.
