This is from Betty Dunleavy's book, cooking with wine...not all measurements were given so I'm guessing a little. A variation for "Che-berry" flavour is also given at the bottom.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

    Empty contents of packet into a large bowl, whisk in the milk and set aside for a few momonets to partially set.

    Stir cream, macaroons & pineapple through along with a little liqueur.

    Chill until ready to serve.

    ( For Che-Berry flavour, use strawberry pudding, strawberries and crushed meringue with cherry Heering or Cherry Brandy liqueur).
