This is the dip I serve on my fruit trays at catered events. People always love it and I know my kids do as an after school snack or light lunch

SERVES 30 , 2 Bowls (change servings and units)

    Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer then fold in Pineapple, coconut and pecans.

    Chill and serve with Graham crackers and your favorite fresh fruits.
