Couldn't be easier. This is baked in a shallow casserole dish or 4 small 1 1/2 cup sized shallow individual pans. It gets nice and puffy almost like a souffle which makes a beautiful presentation. I found this recipe in an old Sunset cook book.... MORE»

Delicious and easy vegetarian recipe. I char-grill fresh sliced eggplant using my George Foreman grill, but you can buy it ready made from the deli. I also find it easier sometimes to omit the thyme leaves and lemon rind and use instead a bottled... MORE»

Best EVER almost fat free Banana Muffins

The muffins are so moist and yummy, and virtually fat free. Due to the low fat content they only stay fresh for a day or two, the best way to keep them (if they last that long!) is in the freezer and defrost as neccessary. They are fantastic warm! MORE»
