Kitty, you must know what's in my fridge! My hubby brought home some rare roast beef thinly sliced from the store yesterday, and I had all the rest! Easy as it could be and those flavors! Thanks for posting Kitty!

These were wonderful, (thought I rev'd, but I guess it didn't take) and have already had them once more since the original. I followed this exactly, except the second time we ate them without waiting the whole time in the fridge. The dressing is really snazzy, and quite beefed up~with the combination of sour cream, horseradish (I used fresh that I gathered from my garden last year - stings the eye's but is so good) the green onion and lightly applied this to the tortilla. I used thinly sliced sirloin steak, a pepper jack cheese, sharp cheddar combo, as I was all out of the cheddar. Put into the fridge in wax paper, and cut in 3 inch slices the next morning to take on a picnic on the back of the farm. They stayed cold in the color and were perfect to gobble down after a long walk. The photo shows the steaks prior to rolling, thinking I was going to take a photo after wards. Not, they were all gone before I knew it. A joy to eat and real winner here, especially the dressing, of which I forgot to mention I used the low calorie versions of both mayo and sour cream. Made for Everyday is a Holiday July 2009.

These were very good, and quick to put together. They are versatile as well - I used veggie meat slices for my Vegetarian Daughter. Other meats could be used equally well. I love wraps, so I'll be making this again soon.
