SERVES 5 -12 (change servings and units)

Marinade

Add after marinated

Directions

    Chop and steam potatoes until very tender.

    Marinate potatoes in the marinade for 2-4 hours or overnight, stirring every half hour, or 3-4 times.

    Drain off excess liquid (if any).

    Mix potatoes with all other ingredients.

    Chill for 1 hour or more before serving.
