Perfect Pizza Dough

This simple bread base rolls out to be a great thin or thick crust pizza dough

SERVES 3 , 1 large pizza (change servings and units)

    sift the flour and salt into large mixing bowl.
  2. 2
    stir in yeast
  3. 3
    make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour the water and oil in to the well.
  4. 4
    mix with a spoon to a soft dough.
  5. 5
    turn out dough on lightly floured surface and knead for about 7-10 mins until dough is smooth and elastic.

    place dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled its size
  7. 7
    punch down the dough and knead again for 2-3 minutes
  8. 8
    roll or strech out dough to fit pizza pan. top with sauce and cheese.

    place in 425 F preheated over for 15-20 mins until crisp and golden.
