Perfect Pie Crust

This is my mother-in-laws recipe and it is amazing. A declicious, flaky crust. The yield is for 3 pies shells. You can freeze the pie dough in balls or rolled out and placed in pie tins.

SERVES 24 , 3 pies (change servings and units)

    Mix toghether flour, salt and cut in shortening.

    Add mixed egg and vinegar to a 1 cup measure and top up until full.

    Gradually add liquied.
  4. 4
    Gather up and roll out.

    Cook at 450F for 5-10 minutes before adding filling of your choice.
