Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

This recipe is a new one I attempted tonight and my husband, who is VERY picky, absolutely loved it! I used onion powder so he wouldn't know it was there, but I suggest using fresh onion. You can also add any other pizza veggies and meats you enjoy.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  2. 2
    Pour into large mixing bowl.
  3. 3
    Finely chop half of the pepperoni.
  4. 4
    Brown hamburger meat and pepperoni along with onion powder and minced garlic.
  5. 5
    Drain.
  6. 6
    Mix pasta, pizza sauce, and meat in bowl.
  7. 7
    Stir in half of the cheese.
  8. 8
    Pour in lightly greased casserole dish.
  9. 9
    Sprinkle remaining half of cheese over top.
  10. 10
    Place remaining pepperoni slices on top.
  11. 11
    Sprinkle with parsley.
  12. 12
    Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese bubbles.

This is a quick and easy to put together recipe that my boys really liked. They added hot sauce to this to give it an added kick.
