a really good version of an old chinese dish! enjoy

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of cubed steak
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 sliced sliced green red and yellow peppers
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Directions

  1. 1
    cook the steak through til done, add soy sauce and corn starch til its a little thick may need to add water, add seasonings to taste, cook a lil more add peppers and mix -- enjoy over fried or steamed rice.
