Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Very easy and healthy recipe adapted from Spark People. No baking required.

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey (to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 1/4 cups Old-Fashioned Quaker oats
  • 3 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix the peanut butter and honey in a bowl.
  2. 2
    microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. 3
    Add the rest of ingredients and mix together.
  4. 4
    Press into a 9x9 tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Cut into 12 equal bars.
