Peanut Butter Chocolate Layer Bars

A fast and easy recipe for a dessert bar, that can be made ready in only 25 minutes - so delicious!!

24 bars (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups lightly dry roasted salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 cup nestle tol house semisweet chocolate morsel
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies

Directions

  1. 1
    Combine cookie crumbs and butter in small bowl; press onto bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Layer nuts, morsels and coconut over crumb mixture. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over top.

    Bake in preheated 350F oven for 20-25 minutes or until coconut is golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
