This is a refreshing, light dessert. It is nice served with ice cream, and has only a small amount of preparation time! My taste-testers at home liked it, and I hope you do too!

SERVES 6 , 6 bowels of sorbet (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 825 g canned peaches (the can i used contained 9% mango puree, and natural fruit juice.)
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar (can add more if desired.)

Directions

  1. 1
    Blend the canned peaches.
  2. 2
Place in a container, and freeze overnight.
  3. 3
Remove from freezer and blend in a food processor.
  4. 4
Taste, and decide if it is sweet enough for you. If desired, add more sugar and blend again.
  5. 5
    Serve.
