    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix cake meal and potato starch. put the whites in a small bowl. Beat the yolks. Add the rest of the ingredients, starting with the meal/starch mixture. Bake for 50 minutes. Stick with a toothpick to check. Hang upside down until cake cools.
