Parmesan Pull-Apart Mini-Bundts

Simple, tasty and cute. What more could you ask for.

SERVES 6 , 6 mini bundts (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated  buttermilk biscuits, 10 count

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese, I like cheddar

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2
    Spray mini bundt pan with cooking spray.
  3. 3
    Combine butter, garlic, italian seasoning and cheeses in bowl.
  4. 4
    Cut each biscuit into quarters and dip in butter.
  5. 5
    Fill each bundt half full with biscuit pieces and bake 10-15 minutes in preheated oven, until just starting to brown.
