A refreshing treat, the recipe for this comes from the 2004 Healthy Latino-Recipes Made with Love.

    Cut papayas in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds & place each half in a medium bowl.

    Place oranges, banana, kiwifruit & berries in each papaya half.

    Combine yogurt & honey, mixing well, then spoon this sauce over fruit before serving.
