Chopped or wedged potatoes

    Wash and chop or wedge potatoes.

    line a 2 quart casserole dish with foil.

    put in the oil.
  4. 4
    add potatoes and mix with the oil.

    top with seasoning salt and onion

    bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until done.

These are some of our favorites! I put my potatoes in a bowl & pour the oil on top, add salt, pepper, & seasoning (I use Rosemary or Italian seasoning)...then mix with my hands. I can never make enough at my house. So easy!
