A delicious salad that has all the flavors of a Greek salad. Great for a barbecue. Shaped like rice, orzo pasta is the take on pasta salad.

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook until it is al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water, until the pasta is room temperature.

    Place pasta in a large serving bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
