Orange White Chocolate Chunk Sugar Cookies

A delicate chewy sugar cookie flavored with orange zest and filled with white chocolate chunks.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.

    In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. 3
    Cream together sugar and butter.
  4. 4
    Beat in egg yolks, vanilla, orange zest, and vinegar.
  5. 5
    Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.

    Stir in white chocolate chunks.

    Drop dough by scant tablespoon size balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Don't flatten.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until tops are cracked and just turning color.
