Delicous and warming on a cold autumn night. Ginger and orange highlight the taste of the plums. Free of gluten, dairy, soy and nuts for the allergen sensitive.

    Slice plums.

    Mix plums, orange juice, agave and ginger in a bking dish.

    In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients with egg, oil and zest.

    Pour mixed batter over the plums.

    Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
