Olive Garden Strawberry Fresco .... Yummo!

I had one of these at Olive Garden before attending the Billy Joel / Elton John concert (WOOt!) and think it is a wonderful summer drink! I found this posted on another website with the comment " I am a bartender at the Olive Garden". Don't know if that is true, but hopefully it tastes as dynomite as the original! I actually prefer club soda instead of the Sprite...and add a bit more than it calls for.
SERVES 1
Ingredients
- 3 ounces citrus-infused vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces triple sec
- 2 ounces lemonade
- 2 ounces strawberry puree
- 4 ounces Sprite
- 2 strawberries, sliced
Directions

Mix with ice and shake, add sliced strawberries, top with 1 oz of sprite.2
Pour into a tall glass.

Was a big hit at our party. It was even requested by a friend to bring to her party the next weekend! Very fruity tasting and refreshing. Can't taste the alcohol. I made a big pitcher of these and added just a little sugar in it to sweeten it up just a little more. Easy going down! Careful! Thanks for posting!

This was really good! I used pink lemonade, as that is what I had on hand. I enjoyed the strawberry flavor with the tartness of the triple sec and lemonade. I'll be making this again, and soon! Thanks Cooks4_6, for sharing this recipe!

This tastes surprisingly alike to the Olive Garden drink! You need to add a little more Sprite to get the real thing, but it's great when you don't feel like going to Olive Garden. This also tastes like the "Splashberry" drink from IHOP!
