From a local newspaper in Souther Queensland (Great Barrier Reef)...

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Combine oil, grlic, chilli and paprika in large fry pan.

    Heat on high until garlic colours.
  3. 3
    Add prawns. Cook for 2 minutes until starting to turn pink.
  4. 4
    Add sherry, parsley and sugar. Cook for 1 minute more until prawns are cooked through.

    Remove from heat and salt to taste.
