Oatmeal whole wheat pancakes

SERVES 4 , 4 4-5 inch pancakes (change servings and units)

    Bowl #1.

    Place oats in food processor and grind until fine. Place in bowl. Add flour, flax seed, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.

    Bowl #2.

    Beat egg, add vanilla, water. Melted butter when cooled add to egg mixture.

    Add bowl #2 to #1 and mix. Let stand a few minutes until thickened. Prepare as you would normal pancakes.

    Makes 4 4-5 inch pancakes.
