This is lower calorie version of a recipe my mother used to make.

SERVES 16 , 16 cookies (change servings and units)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Mix first 6 ingredients.
  3. 3
    Mix next 5 ingredients (through egg) in a separate bowl.
  4. 4
    Gradually add flour mixture to eggs/butter.
  5. 5
    Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
  6. 6
    Drop dough in tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
  7. 7
    Bake for 8 minutes.
